This artifact is of a stations that I had to build in the gym. This station was one of the three that students had to cycle through and the topic of the lesson was Agility. I was in charge of the speed ladder and would demonstrate each of the progressions to the students.The other two stations were run by Kelly Stone (who I was observing) and by one of her T.A.s. This photo was taken at Heritage Middle School.

In every classroom at Van Buren, which also includes the gym because we learn in the gym, we have posted where it is visible to the students the 5 Agreements. These agreements are the expectations that students are to abide by and so do the teachers. Every morning during announcements, we are all reminded of these agreements.

This is a snapshot of me teaching a kindergarten class. Here I am interacting with the students by telling them and demonstrating them what activity we are doing at that moment. Here I am doing kangaroo jumps and I proceeded by blowing my whistle, waiting for every student to be frozen like a statue, and then calling out the next activity.
